I'm a strategic content design leader with 15+ years of experience transforming complex technical concepts into user-centered, accessible content experiences.

Currently at Amazon Web Services, I lead technical content strategy for Amazon SageMaker AI and Amazon Aurora, serving millions of developers and data scientists globally. My work spans conceptual overviews, procedural guides, API references, and CLI documentation.

Before AWS, I spent nearly 15 years at Siemens leading a global documentation team of 10 writers, where I drove a 30% increase in customer satisfaction and reduced support calls by 25% through strategic documentation improvements.

What sets me apart is my unique combination of software development background (5+ years coding in Java, Python, and C++) and deep expertise in content strategy. I don't just write about technology—I understand it from the inside out.
